Key Responsibilities:

You should have a passion for data-driven marketing, a deep understanding of paid advertising channels, and the ability to create, implement, and optimize campaigns that meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute paid media strategies to meet business objectives, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align paid media campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
- Create, launch, and optimize PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns, including keyword research, targeting audience, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure effective budget utilization and achievement of KPIs (click-through rate, conversion rate, CPA, ROI).

- Understand SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and search volume to enhance paid campaigns by targeting high-value keywords and ensuring search engine compatibility.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics, Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio), Facebook Insights, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards in Looker Studio and Excel Sheets, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement.
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to scale successful campaigns.
- Manage paid media budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across campaigns.
- Forecast and report on paid media spending, balancing budget constraints with performance goals.
- Perform keyword research to identify valuable keywords, search volumes, and competition levels for both paid and organic search strategies.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to align paid campaigns with organic search strategies and improve overall search visibility.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce compelling ad creatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging paid media platforms to stay competitive.
- Suggest and implement innovative strategies to increase engagement, conversions, and overall campaign success.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in paid media advertising, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
